Who are we?

The Phoenix Psychology Practice is a consultancy service which aims to support organisations and individuals with the tools they need to achieve their full potential. We are a team of highly qualified assessors, psychologists and counsellors who operate throughout the UK and Ireland. 

We specialise in providing neurodiversity services to adults in areas related to Dyslexia, Autism (and ASC), ADHD, Dyspraxia, Dyscalculia, Cognitive Processing Difficulties, Mental Health and other neurodivergent conditions. 

The Phoenix Psychology Practice is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) under registration reference C1370064.

How do we collect information from you?

We obtain information about you when you use The Phoenix Psychology Practice services; for example, when you access our website, contact us about products and services, use our services or receive our newsletter.

What type of information is collected from you?

The personal information we collect might include your name, address, email address, IP address, and past diagnosis/es. If you make an online purchase, your card information is not held by us; it is collected by our third-party payment processors, who specialize in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions.

  • deliver services – e.g. diagnostics, assessments, counseling services

  • process orders that you have submitted;

  • to carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into by you and us;

  • seek your views or comments on the services we provide;

  • send you communications which you have requested and that may be of interest to you;

  • process a job application.

We review our retention periods for personal information on a regular basis. We will hold your personal information on our secure systems for as long as is necessary for the relevant activity, or as long as is set out in any relevant contract you hold with us.

We will not share, sell or rent your information to third parties other than if you have come to us via an Occupational Health provider, in which case you have entered into an agreement with them.

We will not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

What is our email policy?

We only send emails to inform you of new services or products to you if you have signed up for them on our website, over the phone or on one of our order forms. 

However, your right to control the emails you receive is very important to us, so we ensure you can easily unsubscribe at any time. We recognise that your data is private and we will not share your email data with anyone else. If you believe you have received unwanted, unsolicited email from us, sent by us or purporting to have been sent by us, please forward it to us with your comments at: info@phoenix-psych.com

We will not contact you for marketing purposes by email, phone or text message. We do not have such a policy. We have assessors who may be involved in PhD or other research projects and may clearly ask candidates if they are interested to participate in anonymised. We will never ask a third party for this and if any person or organisation approaches you for participating in research please clear this with our management with an email so that you may ascertain its validity and intent. Your details including your Report is shared only with your explicit consent. You can check /update your consent preferences at any time in your personal login dashboard. How you can access and update your information

The accuracy of your information is of vital importance to us. You have the right to ask for a copy of the information the Phoenix Psychology Practice hold about you which we will respond to within 30 days of receiving the request. If you have come to us via an Occupational Health provider or third party, you will need to make the request to them and we will provide them with this information.

When exchanging personal information, we take steps to ensure that it’s treated securely. Any sensitive information is password protected.  

Non-sensitive details (your email address etc.) are transmitted normally over the Internet, and this can never be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your information, we make our best effort to ensure its security on our systems.
